Features that cost us money each time you use them, such as AI credits, if we add them. We bill those separately for everyone. Everything with a fixed cost to run is included.
Full refund within 14 days. Paddle shows your local price, tax included, before you pay. You sign in first. The seat belongs to your account and can't be moved to another one.
Why we sell seats
A believer seat is one payment. It keeps everything in Koaline open to your account for as long as the account exists. It never renews. When the subscription starts at 1.0, your seat already covers it. In the terms this is called lifetime access.
The money pays for what we build next. We use Koaline every day for our own client work, and we will keep building it either way. Seats let us fix the rough edges sooner.
There are 50 seats. When they are gone, the offer closes. If a seat is not for you, nothing changes. Koaline stays free until 1.0.
Questions people ask first
What happens at 1.0?
The beta ends and the believer seats close. A monthly subscription starts, around €12 to €15 a month. We set the final price before 1.0. If you hold a seat, you never pay the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Paddle handles the payment as merchant of record. You see the price in your currency, tax included, before you pay. Read the refund policy.
What if Koaline does not make it?
We use Koaline every day to run our own client work. We will keep using it and building it whether or not it finds a wide audience. That is the honest answer to how safe a seat is.
Will I lose my data?
Your tasks live in your clients' tools, and Koaline syncs your changes back there. Your logged time exports as a CSV file, one month at a time.
