Tasks come in from each client's tool
Connect each client's account in Linear, Jira, ClickUp or Notion and pick the client and project each board belongs to. Their tasks land in your list, and the task details you change sync back.

Connect two Linear workspaces and a Jira site side by side. Each account belongs to one client, so their tasks never mix.

Mapped once
Each Linear team, Jira project, ClickUp list or Notion database maps to a client and project. Turn on “Only sync tasks assigned to me” to bring in just your part of a big board.

Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center
Both work. A status change you make in Koaline goes through the project's workflow, the same as a click in Jira.

Comments stay with the client
Comments don't sync. The discussion stays in the client's tool, where their team reads it.
Plan the day around your meetings
Open today, pick tasks from your list and drop them into the gaps between calls. You stop planning when the day is full, not when the list is empty.

Your Google Calendar on the timeline
Meetings from all your Google calendars sit next to your tasks. Connect more than one Google account.

A daily limit
The week and month views show planned hours against your limit for each day, and warn you when a day is over.

Add or move a calendar event in Koaline and it changes in Google Calendar too.
Write notes while you work
Open the task you're on and write down what you found, what you decided and what to ask. The note stays on the task, so it's there the next time you open it.

Questions about features
Does Koaline replace Linear, Jira, ClickUp or Notion?
No. Your clients keep their tools. Koaline brings their tasks into your list, and the task details you change sync back.
Is there a timer?
No. You log hours after the work. Open the day to see what you planned, what got done and that day's note, then fill in the hours.
Can I use Koaline without integrations?
Yes. Create clients, projects and tasks in Koaline itself. Day planning, notes and the time log work the same without a connected tool.
What syncs back to the client's tool?
Task details you change in Koaline sync back. Jira status changes go through the project's workflow. Comments don't sync, and your plan, notes and hours stay in Koaline.
