Integrations

All your tools.
One workspace.

You shouldn't have to switch between Linear, ClickUp, and Notion all day. Koaline brings every task into one calm workspace — organized by client, synced bidirectionally, with your Google Calendar alongside.

How sync works

Connect once, stay in sync forever.

1

Connect your client's tool

Link a Linear workspace, ClickUp space, or Notion database in a few clicks.

2

Tasks sync into Koaline

Issues, statuses, priorities, and due dates appear in your workspace automatically.

3

Changes flow back

Update a status or complete a task in Koaline and it syncs back to the source tool.

+

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about how Koaline integrations work.

Can I connect multiple instances of the same tool?
Yes. You can connect as many instances as you need. Five different Linear workspaces for five different clients? No problem. Each connection stays separate, and tasks are organized by client and project inside Koaline.
What happens if a client changes their tool?
Just connect the new tool and your data stays in Koaline. If a client moves from ClickUp to Linear, you disconnect ClickUp and connect their new Linear workspace. Your time logs, notes, and planning history remain untouched.
Do my clients need to know I use Koaline?
No. Koaline is completely transparent to your clients. When you update a task status in Koaline, it syncs back to their tool. They see the same progress updates as if you were working directly in Linear, ClickUp, or whatever they use.
How often does sync happen?
Koaline uses near real-time bidirectional sync. Linear uses webhooks for push updates; ClickUp and Notion combine webhooks with polling. Changes you make in Koaline flow back within seconds.
What fields sync back and what stays local?
Title, status, priority, due date, and assignee sync bidirectionally. Comments sync outbound (you can post back to the source tool). Task descriptions are pulled in but read-only in Koaline. Scheduling, time blocks, and time entries stay local — they are Koaline-specific.
